Just choose any outdoor space that's convenient for you and we can make that your gym - there are no memberships required and fresh air and a suntan are thrown into the bargain for free! I supply all the equipment you need, just bring along some water, a towel and enthusiasm to get sweaty in the great outdoors.
Working from home? Too busy to travel? Don't have access to a gym or would just rather not exercise in front of other people? For the ultimate in convenience end efficiency, I can take my personal training sessions to your door. Either workout indoors or in the privacy of your garden, or even on your balcony. I provide all the equipment you'll need to help you reach your goals, so just roll out of bed and get pumped!

Private Group Training
Want to share your sessions with someone else? Private group training is a great option if you like to exercise alongside others or if you want to get a whole bunch of friends together for a big group workout. I can design and deliver private group sessions for anywhere between 2 and 16 people - it's a great way to make getting fit more fun, more sociable, and more affordable!
Individual sports invariably involve very specific combinations of muscle groups, movement patterns and energy systems which are often not targeted by generic strength and conditioning training. By analysing these sport-specific characteristics, I am able to design and deliver training best suited to improving performance in your chosen sport. This sport-specific training can be incorporated as part of One-to-One Training or Private Groups.
